“I've bought many models from Wonderland over the years. Their prices are fair, often comparible with the best on the internet. They excel at customer service..postage and processing is swift, even over the weekend. Parcels usually arrive very well wrapped and arive within 48 hours.”

“When collecting my order, a member of staff spoke to me about the items I had bought. I had mistakenly ordered something that wouldn't suit the size of the other models bought and he happily rectified my order. I was also looking to buy other Papo models and he organised the price difference between what I no longer required and what I bought with excellent service. Very happy customer 👍”

Order was placed after our 2pm cut off for next day delivery Stephen but was sent on a next working day delivery as requested and arrived on time.

“I paced a rather large order with wonderland models.i was pleased with how fast my order was confirmed and the massive selection they have to offer. I chose the next working delay delivery however it was about 6 days before I actually received the order due to some things being out of stock after I had placed the order which was quite frustrating really. I was offered a refund for the missing items which was processed very quick.i assumed it would be only another day until I received my order but it missed the collection so it was due to come a day later on a Friday but for some reason which I wasn't informed of it had missed the collection again so it wasn't until today I received it. Basically if you are placing an order above £70 the postage defaults to £8 for shipping so it's up to you weather you select next day. I had some really good solid communication with the team and they replied to emails very quickly which is much appreciated.”

All parcels despatched by DPD are sent on a next working day service which means that if they are shipped on a Friday they are delivered on a Monday weather permitting. Thanks for your underdstanding.

“After a slightly confusing message about payment for my order, it arrived safe and well, within 24 hours of being placed which is very impressive. A couple of other points, I don't know if it is the fault of the user, but I don't find the website the easiest to use; also, for some reason, information on a previous order turned up in my spam email, but so did one from BT, so tht may have been a complication my end.”
