“Clean, quick and efficient. Good customer service. Made such a difference to my cream coloured carpets that family and friends have asked for Wizard Cleaning.”

“Carpet clean was completed in minutes and made no visible difference. Very disappointed and so got a different carpet cleaner to come in and do the carpets the following week.”

Hi Joe thank you for your feedback it does depend on wear and tear of the carpets/sofas that maybe why did not come up as well as the first time. On your next clean if you mention the areas that did not come up as well we will do our best to see if can make any further improvements. Thanks Jon

“Really disappointed with the service. I arranged to have my sofa cleaned & even upgraded for a deep clean which cost me over £90 and was very disappointed with the results. The sofa didn’t look any cleaner & in parts actually looked worse. Would have thought at the very least it would smell nice but no! Definitely won’t be booking again.”

“Overall okay just but problem from the start in using the machine and hose pipe which I believe did not give us the clean we were really looking for slightly disappointed”
