“the gentleman who came was delightful how ever my daughters said that the sofa still smelt and my staircase still looked stained after it dried . The mattresses were great but others things not and i paid £200.00 so not happy”

“Cleaning technician, came but did not spend enough time on the job just gave it a quick once over, had a coffee stain on the carpet but did not pay it any extra attention which you would expect with a general carpet clean. Have used Wizard clean in the past and was happy with service but not this time.”

“Being able to call and speak to a really helpful, polite lady made booking really easy. The service is reasonably priced. I am so pleased with the result, my carpets look new again! Would definitely rebook!”

“Did one pass over on a carpet that had urine stains. It still smelt of urine the next day. I've used other firms before who emptied the dirty water at least twice for a carpet that wasn't as dirty as this one”
