“Some of the carpets were over-wet and took almost eight hours to dry. When making the booking, I asked for a few small spot stains to be removed but the operator said they couldn't be removed as he didn't know what they were. In addition, there were a few areas of high tread where the carpet seemed darker and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. I was told it wouldn't be possible to lighten those areas. I am wondering why I bothered to pay for the carpets to be professionally cleaned in the first place!”

“Unfortunately only an ok job, wet day and Simon walked up my stairs in his wet flip flops, then brought his machine in which left mud and wheel marks all the way up my hall and stairs, which he cleaned but he left so much water on stair steps clearly seen on carpet. Offered my son to help with moving bed, which he didn’t take up. Parts of his work was good but other parts were poor such as area under bed which he said he did, but I just rubbed my had on carpet and a lot of hair came up in my hand. I felt there was a lack of pride in his work and disrespect to my home. New painted walls marked. He offered a reduced price when I voiced my concerns then offered it for free. however he did give 50 mins of his time so I paid £30 which he suggested rather than £50. Would not use again or recommend.”

“We had a pet stain that we could not get rid of. Wizard Cleaning were amazing. They came round quickly, resolved the pet stain and cleaned all our carpets for a reasonable price. The person who came to the house (Kevin) was very friendly and efficient and did a really great job. Very happy with the service.”

“The representative was unfriendly and actually made me very upset, so much so that my eldest daughter had to step in and take over the rest of his time in my home. The carpet looked better but no smell whatsoever and visitors the following week said that if i hadn’t mentioned i had had carpet cleaners in they would never have noticed. What a waste of valuable money that I could ill afford, I am disabled and suffering with cancer, I really wanted a clean fresh carpet in my home where I spend EVERY day 24/7 exc for hospital treatment and appointments.
