“Received the wiper blades fast and well packaged. Passenger side is perfect but the drivers side don't seem the best, you can hear the blade travelling across the glass and when the blade changes direction you can hear the blade flick over.”

“Purchased these blades on the Wednesday as it was 48 hour delivery, got tracking from Royal Mail to say we’re expecting you’re parcel it will be with you on Saturday, Saturday arrived but they never arrived, I sent this over to wiper blades and told them this and the response I got back was very poor!! They told me that they would arrive today Monday so I emailed them back but got no response, great wiper blades but customer service very poor.”

“Having ordered and received a confirmation sadly it turned out the blade was out of stock. An alternative was offered but it appeared to be a different length and so I was reluctant to accept. Maybe the correct size will be available soon”

“Ordered blades for mine and the wife’s car but the following days got an email saying one blade was out of stock .So I would have to either wait till come into stock or would issue a refund.Could not send ones that were in stock and refund for the one out of stock .”

“Replacement wiper blades comes with adapters to fit the Mercedes wiper arm ( # didnt see that on your web page ) . Not the best fitting and poor quality plastic has been used. Can only give 3 stars.”

“The Wiper Blades AeroWiper blades I bought for my Audi worked well. Its shame that the Lucas ones I brought previously (Air Flex) didnt clear the screen at all and went straight in the bin. I feel that I was fobbed off a bit when I complained about them - see attached”

“Wiper blades came with three sets of fittings eventually found correct one very difficult to understand picture fitting instructions even using glasses and magnifying glass could have done with worded instructions or link to video couldn’t find anything online kept old blades as wasn’t sure I had fitted correctly thankfully haven’t fallen off yet”

“Delivery was a shambles, paid for next day delivery, took 3 working days, was given tracking details for royal mail that was incorrect, decovered it was Dpd delivering, not impressed won't use again.”
