“Paid extra for 48hr delivery, after 5 days contacted company only to be told give it another week and I will see what I can do. Absolutely not good enough, very poor customer service. Won't be using again.”

The policy to wait 5 days is instructed by Royal Mail as post can sometimes get delayed or lost.
