“I ordered my wiper blades on the 25th of November and am still waiting! I have emailed the company on two occasions and they have blamed Royal Mail and I will have to wait! I went to the local sorting office and they had no parcels for me and said all parcels had been delivered for my post code and could not locate my wiper blades. As its no longer safe to drive with a badly worn wiper blade I will now have to buy them locally. Not very satisfactory when I have been waiting since November! Not impressed with the customer service.”

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review - I completely understand your point and we are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately the strikes have caused significant delays nationwide. The tracking information states - 'Your Item was received by Ivybridge DO on 03-12-2022 and is now due for delivery today' As a seller we can only do so much, from 03-12-2022 your parcel was at your local depot so I don't know why they would have told you otherwise - are you still waiting for your order? “This blade does not fit Ford ka 1.300 climate style. Top of the blade does not touch window. Had a garage fit it for me, as best they could. 4 days delivery not good.”

“I received the wiper blades for my car in very quick time, i cannot complain about that, my old wiper blades were in need of change very quickly. the wiper blades i received dont fit my car and i ordered the nicer bosch aerotwin front set of wipers but the rear fitted fine. i was desperate for some new ones so ended up going to halfords for a halfords own brand front set in the end.”

“I have previously bought wiper blades from this company and so they were my first choice to replace my current ones as I knew they would be the exact fit However due to supply issues they could not supply my chosen bosch blades this time and offered me valeo equivalent which I accepted. They arrived quickly and fitted without any issues. It took about 5 minutes to replace the blades. Hopefully they will be as robust and efficient as the bosch blades. Good service as usual. Thanks”
