“The company delivered the wrong item. Their registration checker still does not recognise my car specifically, was not correct at the time of my purchase so wrong item sent. Cost me postage back and refused to acknowledge their error so I am out of pocket. Items only£3 more from Halfords so easy decision now in the future.”

“Bought your own brand wiperblades this time. Absolutely terrible. Going up the A11 one of them became detached from the wiper arm, but luckily remained pinned to the screen by the arm. Pulled into a layby at first opportunity. The other wiper blade I was able to remove without depressing the retaining button, clearly the same problem as the one which had detached. Put back the Michelins which I'd luckily kept. Clearly your own brand blades are not manufactured to the correct spec or tolerances. So that was money wasted.”

“Just 3 days before I had a long journey planned, the rubber on one of my wiper blades came away - meaning that I needed to sort out some replacements FAST. Being a specialist windscreen wiper website, I trusted you to supply exactly what I needed - But I was wrong... The securing plastic clips were a fraction too large to snap into place. In trying to force one of them, the flexible end snapped. This rendered the wiper blades useless. They are cleary unsuitable (or at least the clips are) for my car (Toyota Auris 2014) - despite your website stating otherwise. With time running out, I ended up having to panic buy a replacement pair of blades ("conventional" design) which I collected that morning from my local Halfords and then managed to fit literally minutes before setting off. The whole episode was frustrating, stressful, and cost me money. To add insult to injury, the next day carrier for which I paid £6.99 didn't turn up until 5.15pm which I thought was pretty poor.”

“Bought them then told 3 days later they were out of stock and would be back in on the 10th of May. After no correspondence I reached out again, only to be told they would be back in stock on the 28th of May.”

“The wiper blades ordered were supposed to be compatible with our car but were discovered not to be. They were awkward to fit and then did not work properly and kept stopping and not going back in position. After persevering for three weeks we took them off and discovered they are for a left hand drive car! We have now purchased a correct pair from another source.”

“done a google seatch for ford transit custom wipers clicked on the second tag for wiperblades.co,uk as i was looking at other sellers. So ended up ordering only problem ford transit were delivered not custom which are a different size. Had to pay £5 to return them to get a refund, to make matters worse whilst parked outside post office one tyre was just touching yellow lines so got a ticket. These ended up being the most expensive wipers i never owned”

“Ordered a wiper blade for a vintage Jaguar and was sent the wrong size I asked for a returns label and was told i had fitted it incorrectly. I am a motor trader. !”

“Blades only lasted about a week, started streaking, checked that they were fitted correctly. They are.not impressed at all. Will have to buy more. Do not recommend.”

“Placed my order for 6 blades for 2 cars. The order was wrong, sent a 24 inch blade instead of a 14 inch. Customer service is shocking so I had to start a dispute with paypal. They agreed to send a replacement, which was all I wanted, so paypay closed the dispute. They have still not replaced they blade or replied any further. I will have to contact my credit card company to clay back the payment.”

“Unfortunately just came to fit the wiper blades, fitted small one no problem but when I came fit the larger one slid it into position and the clip button was broken, so could you please replace asap, delivery was very quick no problem with that. “I’m afraid I had a poor experience. I ordered a set of wipers in the January Sale and paid via PayPal. Two days later I was emailed to say wipers were out of stock and I was given a refund, in two instalments. I’m assuming the wipers are back in stock but at the original price but have not bothered to look.”
