“Ordered in plenty of time for next day delivery. Paid the extra £6.99 for DPD next day. The day I thought they would be delivered got an email at 14.11 to say order dispatched. As we were travelling the next day firstly needed to go and get some from a car spare shop 18 miles away and will now end up with a pair I will never use. Firstly emailed them at 14.11 and then phoned shortly after 18.00 still now reply. Shocking service.”

“The first blade did not work and missed areas. The blade was quickly replaced but this also did not work. Spoke to Chloe in "customer services" who promised to get a solution from her Manager Ollie but left the impression she really didn't care. I chased this 4 further times without any success and a continuous stream of excuses. Eventually requested refund for the problem blade. Would not return to use.”

“Order No 1080740. The passenger side wiper for my X2 doesn’t fit. I was unable to speak to anyone last Friday or today and no one has called back after I left messages. I am unable to leave a photo as when I load it the submit button goes grey and won’t work. I sent a photo on the email I sent you on Friday and the one today. Will you please send a wiper that will fit.”

“BUY LOCAL! more hassle then it’s worth sent wrong rear wiper and damaged packaging for front which had been squashed. Not helpful customer services. Not worth the hassle when you can just buy local Ie halfords etc cheaper.”

“I ordered my wiper blades on the 25th of November and am still waiting! I have emailed the company on two occasions and they have blamed Royal Mail and I will have to wait! I went to the local sorting office and they had no parcels for me and said all parcels had been delivered for my post code and could not locate my wiper blades. As its no longer safe to drive with a badly worn wiper blade I will now have to buy them locally. Not very satisfactory when I have been waiting since November! Not impressed with the customer service.”

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review - I completely understand your point and we are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately the strikes have caused significant delays nationwide. The tracking information states - 'Your Item was received by Ivybridge DO on 03-12-2022 and is now due for delivery today' As a seller we can only do so much, from 03-12-2022 your parcel was at your local depot so I don't know why they would have told you otherwise - are you still waiting for your order? “This blade does not fit Ford ka 1.300 climate style. Top of the blade does not touch window. Had a garage fit it for me, as best they could. 4 days delivery not good.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review, please give your screen a good clean using diluted vinegar or a very good glass cleaner, this will remove rainx and washing up liquid used previously to stop the squeaking. we advise not to put anything on your screen other than glass cleaner, diluted vinegar or screen wash. “Bought a set of Bosch wipers which lookup recommended for my bmw but did not fit; after sending photo of old/new and wiper still no positive response even though obviously significantly different. So bought a different set from EuroCar Parts which fitted perfectly.”

Hi kevin, We have emailed regarding the slightly different design the original blades have to the Bosch blades, these are the correct blades but we appreciate the design is not the same as the original blades. “I have used this company many times as I have a number of Vehicles. I have just received a new set and fitted them as usual. Once fitted it became apparent that the driver side one has a fault and about a quarter of the screen was not being cleared. I emailed to tell them and could they send a replacement and if required I would sent the faulty one back. the answer I got was to send a picture of the fault. How do you do that!!! The blade looks fine so pointless taking a photo of it. Do you want me to cover the screen in Mud and then take a picture. I will not be dealing with you in the future.”

“A little disappointed to pay for a 24hr service as the blades were needed in a hurry and they took a week to arrive, landed up purchasing elsewhere at more expense as they were needed for a long distance road trip now I believe the blades I ordered are sitting at home over 300 miles away rendering them useless to me”
