“Fantastic delivery. Ordered Friday night received blades Monday afternoon, shipping doesn't get any better than that. Ordered all round Bosch for my id3. Really easy to fit in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back when the next car needs blades.”

“I needed to replace both wiper blades on my Toyota Prius. I already had a new Michelin drivers side one, but was struggling to find a matching one for the passenger side. “shocking customer services tried to blame everyone and wouldn't even check were the delivery was ......just said we have dispatched and its not our problem ......then proceeded to put the phone down DONT USE”

“I have used Wiper Blades Ltd in the past with no issues, so I ordered a pair of Bosch wiper blades with spoiler and when they arrived, which was very quickly, only one of the blades had a spoiler, although the box it came in clearly stated "2 spoiler". When I contacted Wiper Blades Ltd about this, I was told that theirs and Bosch's website clearly says only one spoiler, which is not true in both cases. I then decided to return the wiper blades as they clearly didn't have 2 spoilers, which is what I needed, so I contacted Wiper Blades Ltd and was given a return address, but no address label. Consequently, it cost me nearly £5 to return the wiper blades by Royal Mail. After 2 weeks, having heard nothing, I then contacted Wiper Blades Ltd who said they hadn't received the wiper blades. So, I sent them proof of postage and, magically, the wiper blades were found and I was reimbursed. Because of my recent experience, I shall now think twice about using this company again.”

“Wow - what brilliant customer service (Kerry). I've used this company before to replace the wipers on mine and my wife's car with no issues. This time I ordered some replacement blades for my daughter's car but even though I put in the reg number and it came up with the correct car, the blades did not fit (this was not the fault of the company as other sites came up with he same incorrect wipers). I contacted customer service and they issued a refund straight away. All in all this was sorted in an hour without any of the stress of sending the blades back. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent range of blades, good price, free delivery. Got blades with the correct fitting for my vehicle rather than those that come with 5 or 6 different adapters, and they even have plastic protection strips on the blades which I’ve kept so I can put them back on when my vehicle isn’t in use for longer periods. Magic!”
