“Delivered a faulty and substandard item. Now are refusing to refund until they collect, but making collection as inconvenient as they can. Woeful customer service and they clearly don't care now they have my money. Avoid unless you want to end up out of pocket.”

“I placed my order on 7th Sept for delivery on 30th. It arrived but keys don't fit. They said it was a 'known fault'! They promised a replacement and collection on 3rd October. Didn't arrive . On 4th they said it was on the way and courier was close to my house. Didn't arrive. I bought a cabinet elsewhere. There has been no attempt to collect the faulty item, and in spite of multiple phone calls, emails and promises over 3 weeks, I have yet to receive a refund. So it's off to the county court I expect. My advice? Steer well clear of this lot!”

“Fast delivery, good looking safe but did arrive damaged on one corner. A replacement has been arranged immediately, cannot fault the service from them.”

“The order was dispatched quickly. I received it on the second day. However, there was no communication, no confirmation, nothing from you until it landed on our doorsteps so to speak. Luckily, my wife was at home and so was able to sign the delivery paper.”

“Very happy with the whole ordering process. Very easy to order. It was delivered within 48 hours. I was quite surprised how heavy and sturdy it was. Very pleased with the quality. When peeling the crest protection off I had to be careful as the logo adhesive was not ideal. However being careful it was fine. Would only advise of a rough delivery date/time by email if I was being picky.”

“Customer services and sales was very good, knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful staff and the price was excellent better than all over offers online. There was no delivery cost to my area another good deal. The product was delivered on the day I requested which suited me fine. I would recommend the product and company to family and friends.”

“I ordered my item on Monday 22nd of August at 11.30 am, it arrived on Tuesday 23rd of August at 11.45 am. It is as described on the website and I believe it is very good value for money. I would certainly use this company again”

“Rapid delivery good communication. Let down by APD tracking which didn't show a delivery time . Item well packaged Only thing missing confirmation of BS standard and proof of Police certification as claimed on the website provided.”
