“This is a substantial cabinet with excellent vault locking. It is very heavy. It was probably more than I wanted to pay but I have seen inferior cabinets: smaller, without separate ammunition compartment, less substantial, smaller capacity and without the space to accept scoped rifles. They promised next day delivery, I ordered it on a Friday and it was with me by midday on Monday (next working day). My only complaint is that the cardboard packaging had a couple of rips in it and when I opened it I noted that there were three places on the paintwork that had been scraped down to the bare metal.”

“Ordered one day here the next, absolutely chuffed with my Fortify gun safe, the service I received was second to none, I would recommend the use of Winterfield Safes to anyone and when the time comes will defiantly use them again.”

“My comment to your goodselves. Our requirements for a cabinet was not for the storage of guns but an enclosure for a new type of electrical control machine. Where winterfields came in is for a tall narrow cabinet where other manufacturers make tall wide units. It may be an outlet you have not explored yet. All the luck in the future Happy new year”

“Very solid build, and quite heavy so I suggest you enlist some help when installing it. If I can make one sugestion, do not use the the screws and raw plugs supplied, they are inadequate in my opinion, go and buy some proper metel expanding raw plugs from a DIY store and use those instead. Once installed with those mine passed an inspection from the fire arms officer with flying colours, it would take Thunderbird 2 to pull it of the wall. All in all its A good quality solid product that should last years.”

“I purchased a Fortify KDL6 gun cabinet approximately 2 months ago. I was very impressed by the speed of delivery and the quality of the cabinet. It was immediately approved by the local firearms officer before the issue of my FAC. It certainly fulfills the purpose for which I bought it.
