“I was very happy with the gun cabinet, however the sleeve anchor fixings were a different story. They probably work as they should on 50% of holes drilled. On those they do not will find you cursing as you try to extract them for further drilling and lots of messing around. If you wish for problem free fixing use 10 x 75 mm "multi fix bolts" (screwfix ref: 89092) simply drilling holes, insert bolt and use socket to tighten. Very high pull out resistance in concrete, brick or stone and done in less than half the time. I would not recommend trying to drill the holes with the cabinet in place as the fitting guide suggests.”

“Given that I had no way of knowing if this firm had the safe I wanted 'in stock', I telephoned to check. As it was in stock, I ordered over the telephone through a very pleasant and competent chap. My safe arrived a few days later and appears to be exactly as I expected. It seems this firm is a goodun! Keep it up and you will be very profitable. PS - a competitive price as well.”

“Ordered a Keyguard 3000 25E safe late afternoon 3rd march and delivered mid morning 5th March - amazing! Also best price @ £240 inc. VAT and free delivery - price quoted by local lock and safe retailer - £324!! I would highly recommend Winterfield safes...”

“Ordered a rifle safe. Had a good conversation with the girl on the phone who clearly knew her product. Ordered online despite them not being the cheapest, and that it might take a couple of weeks to arrive as they were out of stock. On the order form I asked for a call/e-mail to let me know what day it would arrive as Three days later I am at home on a week day because of needing to get a plumber in. A truck turns up with my safe. It was pure chance that I was in. Winterfield simply take the order and pass it to the manufacturer who completes. Is it that hard to figure out when it is going to turn up and send me an e-mail?”

“After a very poor experience with ebay in obtaining a gun cabinet I cancelled the order with them and ordered on Sunday night from Winterfield. Excellent service, the case arrived my courier on Tuesday morning and the veru helpful courier carried the very heavy case, well packaged to the garage for me. Faultless service, thank you”

“Excellent product, very strong and just what I wanted, delivered as stated. Would give this a recommendation to everybody. plus the extra for fixing kit is worth it. You will need a JCB to get it off the wall !!”

“Ordered 2 shotgun cabinets and paid for 2 my friends wife had the day off work to take the delivery and only one delivered. No explanation or email to say items dispatched . A day wasted and still waiting for one cabinet customer service lady very nice but that is not what I expect for service”
