Nobody answers your queries. Delivery is not within 1 to 2 days as stated. I asked for an update and never got a reply.

Excellent service. Arrived in very short space of time and at an excellent price. Fits perfectly where I wanted it and the door aperture is slightly wider than comparable safes, just as I required

The cabinet met all my expectations and was despatched promptly without any unnecessary delay. Installation presented no problems either and we were especially grateful it featured fixing holes in the cabinet floor as well as the back.

I currently have a gun cabinet on order. I have called every day for approximately five days to get a progress report and arrange some to take delivery. I not been able to get through to anyone at all. I have tried each number on the automated service but with no success. Regards

Go somewhere else. Woeful. Delivered a week late - and only after I chased (ignored emails chasing, had to use a form off their website). Now I've been delivered a safe with a razor sharp internal edge. I've advised them twice using the email address given and zero response to date. Customer service nil. Avoid like the plague.

Thank you for your review. If orders are placed with us before mid-day they will be processed that day. In this case your order was placed after mid-day and therefore processed the day after hence making your order a day late. I hope this did not inconvenience you too much. Sarah, Customer Services.

placed order for next day delivery but never arrived. i had to contact them to see what had happened and was told the item was out of stock. still hasnt arrived and its now 7 working days late. i wouldnt use this company again

I didn't receive any delivery warning email from the company. I didn't receive a delivery schedule date email. (I checked my junk folder) I received a call from the delivery driver when he was outside my house. He said I didn't have to be there for the delivery and would leave it outside my house. I rushed up there and fortunately I caught him. If I was at work, my parcel would have been left on my front step all day. (The house is still undergoing work and not lived in) What is strange, I called your company this morning asking for a delivery update to which I was told I will recieve an email when the delivery day had been scheduled. I was told that she was going to chase this up and call me back. I'm still waiting for that call back! Not great communication. Luckily I was off from work otherwise a £250 bit of kit would be sitting on my door step all day. Or I would have missed the delivered which I didn't even know was happening. Something's gone wrong with the communication between your company and the delivery firm.

Ordered Monday arrived Friday only problem was no confirmation of order via email and no reply to an email asking for confirmation of order Also help line was a premium rate number £1 per minuite and I was cut off after holding -

I ordered and paid for a leather gun case on 27 March. Still no sign of it. When I tried to telephone I got no reply apart from "All our lines are busy.....etc".
