“I have been impressed with the pricing and service The safe was delivered as described, in pristine condition, next day delivery My only one gripe is that it is delivered with only two mounting bolts when there are four pre drilled mounting holes, although no huge drama it's something that could be improved”

“Got my surname wrong even after I had spelt it using international phonetic alphabet - it is still wrong on your e-mail. I had to ring Julie at Winterfield as I was worried about my credit card name error. She did apologise and send me a corrected billing note. The delivery service was very good - next day. However on opening the package yesterday evening a note inside said to follow assembly instructions, there were none included! I have tried wringing Winterfield on 0845 004 8328, as their billing information suggests if I have any question,. Between 9. 11 a.m. and around 11. 30 a.m. today I have tried several times to find that line is engaged. I am not sure if the assembly note applies to this product, if not why enclose a note saying follow the assemby instructions ? Frustrated at lack of contact !”

“The safe arrived the next day, very quick service and the safe was packaged really well. Batteries were also included. Think it is okay but it is a requested gift for someone. Would use company again.”

“Dealing with Winterfield was fine however the delivery was taken to the wrong address! I waited in ALL DAY only to be told by a neighbour the next day that it had been delivered there and signed for by their painter! Not really good enough.”

“slight damage to cabinet on corner (small dint) and one of the keys snapped when I tried to use it. I rang to explain and they immediately offered to replace or suggested I could keep it with a slight discount, I did the latter and agreed to an £18 refund. Delivered next day early morning as stated.”
