“The gun cabinet should be fine when it gets inspected on Wednesday, you will know if it does not pass. As for the fixing bolts which came with the cabinet I shall give you 1/10 ...!! Absolutely rubbish.! I had to go out and spend £15 on some heavy duty well made bolts. Jason Kostilek”

“I bought a 3 gun cabinet and it came the next day as promised. On opening the box I found the paint on the top right hand corner had cracked and come away, no big deal I thought as it had probably been dropped in transit and cracked paint wasn't going to stop the safe from functioning as it should. Anyway I was eager to get the cabinet installed as the next evening the police were coming to inspect the installation ready for my shotgun certificate being granted, as I checked the locks and closed the door I noticed a 10mm gap on the top edge of the door thus preventing the lock from catching!!! As mentioned before my inspection was due so I had no choice but to modify the safe where the door hinge was connected to the cabinet by drilling a new hole in the piece of steal that was welded to the inside which on inspection was clearly welded in the wrong place! Once drilled the door was a good fit and gladly the cabinet passed inspection the follow evening. Had there being more time for me to complain and get this cabinet sent back for a replacement then I would have but then again as the product states it is built to standard that police will accept and it should never have come to having to modify it or to even write such a review. My next cabinet shall be bought elsewhere.”

“I searched the web for a good quality gun slip and was impressed by the combined offer of slip and cartridge bag. I ordered these items but hadn't realised that the price did not include VAT. I accepted this at checkout and paid. I was then contacted because I live in N Ireland that the cost of postage would be greater than that quoted on their site. Their site quoted for United Kingdom. N Ireland is part of the United Kingdom. I was quoted something like £25 to deliver these items but when I stated my annoyance at being treated differently because I live in N Ireland the operator offered to reduce the postage to £15. I declined the offer out of principle and cancelled the order. I do not like companies who have these 'hidden costs'.”

“When the item I had ordered came I found that the one buckle was fitted wrongly I phoned sixty stores and spoke to a young lady who asked me to email some photoessays of the faulty buckle.I soon had a reply and was told they wold send a replacement and have the faulty item picked up and it would be with me on Monday.1st class brilliant could not ask for better service thank you Julie. Yours Alan Jones.”
