“The safe was of good design for my needs, with excellent finish. I was pleased that it came with (naturally) pre-drilled holes but also a fixing kit (including raw plugs). This was very helpful. The firearms enquiry officer was satisfied with not only my chosen location but that it met the applicable recommendations.”

“False advertisement of free delivery! I was really delighted when the post and package was going to be free, even after entering my postcode and the website confirming my address, but 4 days after my order i receive a phone call from Winterfield Safes telling me that in actual fact i have to pay £25 delivery, as this is a present for my partner that he has chosen i really have no choice but to pay this. I could have ordered from another site to get free delivery And would have do exactly that! Feel cheated! Will never recommend or use this site again!”
