“when ordered i was told it would be next day delivery, i ordered Friday evening, so assumed it would turn up on Monday but it didn't it came Tuesday. i was not told which date the cabinet would come either so therefore had to wait in for 2 days as was unsure of when it was arriving. also the cabinet came without the foam insert inside. messaged supplier stating which cabinet i bought on the day of arrival asking for one to be sent out asap but still had no reply three days later. overall not impressed.”

“The price was very reasonable and the safe itself is very sturdy. The first safe I received was dented and the door could not be unlocked - I believe this happened with the couriers not the store. I rang and spoke to a young lady at Winterfield who was extremely helpful and patient - arranged for a replacement and collection with no quibble at all. Safe now fitted and is great - definitely buy from these again”

“I still haven't received my delivery but my poor rating is based on the relative lack of aftersales service. I placed my order on Thursday midday and it's now Monday evening but I have not received any confirmation of dispatch and there would appear to be no way of tracking the delivery. I suppose I'm going to have to stay in for the next 3 to 5 days!”

“I found your service very good I only waited just over a day for my delivery. Driver carried product in to my home very polite and friendly . Web site very easy to use thank you and free delivery. When you have purchased an item nobody wants to pay a delivery charge well done.”

“Very quick delivery, arrived next day. As described and easy to install. Only quibble is that door is not a tight fit when locked, doesn't seem to be adjustable. At least I can store my semi auto without breaking it down now.”

“Great product super fast delivery sadly only two bolts provided with cabinet that has four holes I've now got to go out and source some identical bolts , not really a problem a bit like collecting your new range rover and it only having two wheels and no bulbs !!! Otherwise completely satisfied with product Regards Mark”
