“I wanted a safe for a new property. A GOOGLE SEARCH BROUGHT UP Winterfield Safes; the site was easy to use and clear. He safe I chose was decently priced and had the added benefit of January discount. It was delivered promptly. The installation instructions were easy to follow. It is now safely installed (!) and fits the bill perfectly. Many thanks - very easy to deal with you and good value all round.”

“Excellent service, received my cabinet 2 days after ordering it. I live in Moray on the Moray Firth. It can take three days for a letter to get here from Aberdeen and that's just 50 miles away. My cabinet is first class, outstanding quality well priced and just what I needed.”

“Only criticism is that there were no instructions as to what size drill bit was required for the bolts supplied with the cabinet. It would have helped, because I had to estimate and I still bought the wrong size drill bit. So had to go back and buy next size up. A pain that could have been avoided. Other than that a well made and strong gun cabinet and would recommend to a friend. But he would have the advantage of me telling him what size drill bit is required!”

“Order arrived on the day promised, but the fixing bolts were of poor quality and rusty ( I will not be using them ). No paperwork, fitting instructions, or quality certificate included with the order. When attempting to take off the protective film from the manufacturers badge the badge itself started to come off with it !! Was asked by WinterfieldSafes to contact them if I was not 100% happy before writing a review, which I did via email but have had no response from them. It was my first purchase from them, it probably will be my only one.”

“The item ordered was of very good quality and was on offer when purchased, so even better. I was also impressed with the free delivery so I understood it would take a bit longer to arrive but it would have been good have an email informing me of the despatech date, luckily someone was in when it was delivered. All in all very good service.”

“Fast delivery, solid well constructed safe. That said, a template would have been really useful to get the holes for securing the bottom of the safe in the right place and to line up with the safe properly.”

“The safe itself feels extremely sturdy, yet to fit it to the wall to give a final opinion but so far I'm incredibly impressed with it. Delivery was very quick (ordered on Sunday and delivered by Tuesday afternoon)”

“A very good gun cabinet, delivered in a very timely manner, passed inspection by the local constabulary. The only minor negative and no reflection upon Winterfield Safes, was the fixings provided by the manufacturer, that would not comply with BS requirement. Also it would be nice to have some form of certificate of compliance to BS7558/92, or a marking of conformance on the cabinet itself.”

“Safe looks good, only had it one day and not yet attached to floor (going to get floor done first). The only negative is the extra key I ordered was unnecessary. Check if there is a 'key number' on the lock of the safe, I would have thought it makes getting replacements easier and extra spare keys unnecessary. This could be clearer as spare keys at time of order are over £20.”

“I bought this as a second safe to house my rifles. An adequate gun safe, quality is as expected for the price. Delivery was on time well packed. Only downside is twin locks with different keys, and locks not of good quality. I hope the firearms inspection officer passes it”
