“Leasa helped us with a long and at time difficult purchase recently. However, Leasa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Leasa was so diligent with all aspects of our purchase, we were kept up to date regularly and had her full support throughout. No question or problem was too big or small. “Sidraa Razaq handled my conveyancing for a house purchase. The property is a 19th century end terrace that had several issues: radon affected area, land registry disputes etc. Sidraa was amazing and diligent, she worked tirelessly and was always easily reachable. I have used other solicitors for a flat purchase previously in Leeds who were impossible to get in touch with. I have recommended Sidraa to my best friend for her house sale and purchase. I will use Sidraa in future conveyancing issues and would recommend her to anyone.”

“I cannot state highly enough the true talent, flawless professionalism and effective communication we have experienced with Samantha as our conveyancer. Samantha worked incredibly hard to achieve a seamless process throughout in spite of the complexities thrown up by the pandemic. In advocacy and advice we knew that we could trust Samantha to provide us with all the information we needed, when we needed it. She was always prompt and responded to our queries quickly and directed these to relevant people immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Samantha again were we ever to move in future. This is the second time she has helped us with a house move and on both occasions she has been outstanding!”

“I could not have asked for a more professional, organised and stress free process of my claim than what I received with Stacey at Winstone.
