“We worked with Samantha at Winston Solicitors and she was amazing from the word go. We found her professional but also friendly. She would answer any questions we had and she also kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. She was very clear on what our choices were when any issues occurred. “I am so pleased to have chosen winstons as Leasa was so efficient and hard-working and clearly takes pleasure in doing a professional job. she was always spot- on and did her utmost to keep others working at her speed. It was reassuring to know that she would always be working for us in a difficult purchase. I really appreciated that the fees were upfront and then done by tarriff so we always knew what the cost would be. This isn't the case everwherwe.”

“We used Winston to support our application for Welfare Deputyship. The court took a very long time to respond and eventually rejected the application. We discussed the matter thoroughly and the application was amended and re-submitted. After an extremely long wait we're delighted that we have now been appointed deputies. Emily and Monika were the epitome of friendly and professional throught out the very long process, communicated regularly and answered all our questions promptly. It would have been impossible to make the application without their help and I would not hesitate to recommend them in future.”
