“We used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing to buy our first ever house. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a house in the UK especially if you are not a UK citizen or have any gift money that you are using towards your deposit. Laura and Amanda kept us informed in a timely and regular manner every step of the way, and responded to communication within 24hrs. They also employ use of an app which shows you at what stage in the process you are and what has been completed/is upcoming. We are very happy with their services and very grateful to them for their assistance every step of the way!”

“Winstons dealt with my recent house sale, the person dealing with it was very efficient keeping me informed and up to date at all times and doing her best to move the sale on. I could not have asked for more. The paper work was clear and again dealt with efficiently. I have used Winstons for my will and also arranging an adverse possession order for my property and again both transactions were dealt with very professionally. So they are my go to solicitors without hesitation.”

“I was referred to Samantha nearer to the end of me buying my second property as the first solicitor I instructed wasn't helpful with my purchase. Samantha took over and sorted everything for me, she put me at ease and reassured me that I would have my house before the mortgage was due to expire - we literally had about a month! Samantha was very polite and professional and helped me with all the paperwork as I have very limited knowledge on buying a house. I would 100% recommend Samantha to all my friends and family as she did a fantastic job. I would not have my home if it wasn't for Samantha Thank you again”
