“As a first time buyer, I was very hesitant and unsure about everything, but I was extremely lucky that Sidraa Razaq took on my case. She is very diligent and knowledgeable. She kept me informed at all times and made sure that she summarised and explained the legal documents in plain language. I therefore always felt I was up-to-date and understood the process. Thanks to Sidraa's patience and kindness, I never felt overwhelmed. She works incredibly hard to ensure that she stays on top of what is no doubt a heavy workload. She would respond to my queries promptly and she would always advise me of the next steps or explain why there was a delay. She also stayed in regular contact with my estate agent, which again helped me a lot. Winston Solicitors were recommended to me by two friends independently from each other and I will use them again in the future, should the need arise. “An absolutely excellent service. As a first time buyer and brand new to everything house related, it was a very daunting experience. “I worked with Abby Howard who was fantastic throughout, responding quickly to all my queries. 5* for her, absolutely. The software system for mapping the progress of the purchase of my flat was, however, worse that useless. It caused me stress by not mapping at all well. Sat at 31% complete for months and then hit 60% at the time of completion. Not helpful!! But that’s the software, and not Winston Solicitors. I’m happy to recommend them.”

“As first time buyers we genuinely can’t be any happier! Leasa exceeded all our expectations. She had to deal whit a very unprofessional and uncooperative counterpart from vendor’s side and she has to so part of their job too!
