“Winston Solictors - particularly Leasa Foster and Julie Smith - made our house move 100% less stressful. They’ve been amazing from start to finish. Our previous sale fell through due to no fault of our own and they were fantastic and fair with us about this. Our recent house move went really smoothly thanks to their due diligence. Whenever we had a question or enquiry Lisa or Julie would follow up straight away. They are super efficient team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“We used Sidraa at Winston's for our conveyancing whilst moving house to Roundhay. Our son also used Winstons for conveyancing a couple of years ago. We are grateful for her professionalism and attention to detail on what turned turned out to be a more complex task than first expected. She helped hugely in getting the purchase over the line and completed; something I wasn't sure at times would happen. The price was pretty much as quoted despite the additional complication. We would use Sidraa and Winstons again.”

“This is the second time Winston Solicitors have acted for me on a sale and purchase of a house, including a rather complicated listed building and house in a conservation area. Their work paid for itself many times over. They were clear and prompt with communication. Their excellent solicitors helped me to secure a much better deal than I otherwise would have done and ensured that I was protected against a huge range of risks associated with moving house. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“After poor experiences with two other professional but discourteous Solicitors when we were buying or selling property it was refreshing to have a straightforward, courteous and responsive firm like Winstons acting for us. They sheltered us from the excesses of a demanding buyer and were robust when required. My review would be 5/5 but as Mac users we have had issues with the online app.”
