“We were recommended to use Winstons solicitors and in particular Leasa Foster by the estate agent (Rhys Elvins) that we were buying our house from. From the start we received a very helpful, friendly and professional service. Leasa kept us well informed throughout the whole process. She recognised that we needed to delay the process whilst we waited for funds to be released and then speeded it up when we needed to get the sale across the line. We have been so happy with Leasa that we have asked her to represent us with the sale of another property of ours.”

“I have been very satisfied with all the work completed by the conveyancing team at Winston's. The team is friendly and have worked hard to complete the sale of the property on our behalf, under quite difficult circumstances. They are very professional, trustworthy, competent and always respond to queries in a timely manner using varying communication types e.g. email or phone. “The service from all the staff at Winston Solicitors was excellent.
