“Samantha Robertson-Strong carried out the conveyancing for the sale of two of our deceased relatives leasehold flats. We were extremely impressed by her professionalism, expertise and efficiency. Sam responded very promptly to all our emails and phone calls and kept us informed at all stages. She handled any difficulties in a calm and confident way. “We asked Leasa at Winston Solicitors to start the procedure of conveyancing on our new house on June 1st, and every day we heard either by email or phone call of how things were progressing. If we called or messaged her we got a response very quickly if not available straight away, we finally completed on June 23rd, so 23 days from start to finish, WOW simply brilliant. We would definitely recommend Winston Solicitors to anybody who is thinking of buying or selling a property.”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Winston Solicitors. I needed to sort out Wills and Power of Attorney for my aged relatives. The task seemed daunting but I need not have worried as the efficient team helped guide me through the process. Someone was at the end of the phone or email every step of the way. Winston Solicitors were very thorough and explained everything to me. They remained professional throughout and when COVID-19 struck, the work they were doing for me was seamless and uninterrupted. They adapted amazingly well. I thought their fees were more than reasonable and compared favourably to other companies. Winston Solicitors will be my first port of call when i next need any legal matters attending to.”
