“Winston Solicitors dealt with the purchase of my property, I much say it's been one of the smoothest property purchases ever. The say the sale or purchase of a property is one of the most stressful things, this was not the case for me. I have been kept informed every step of the way all checks re the property were done in timely fashion and pressure was put on the other solicitors when needed. Very professional service, Thank you”

“We used Winston Solicitors for the sale and purchase of our properties, and I would absolutely recommend them. Leasa, Sidraa and Julie worked together on our case, and they were all excellent: efficient, professional and clearly on top of everything. Not only are they all fantastic at what they do, one of the things that most impressed me was the fact that they were very proactive and dealt with any queries and requests – whether from me, the other solicitors, or other relevant parties – very promptly and I would never have to chase them to do anything. This is something that I became very grateful for when it became evident that our buyer's solicitor was utterly useless (which is putting it politely). Sidraa in particular was exceptional; she handled what became a very stressful situation with a professionalism and grace that belied her steely core! Another crucial aspect of dealing with the team at Winston's was their fantastic level of communication; they kept me up to date with the progress of our sale and purchase, they were easy to get hold of if I needed to speak to someone, and if the person I wanted wasn't available someone would always get back to me in a timely manner. I could not recommend Winston Solicitors more highly.”

“Leasa Foster is the best conveyancing solicitor you could ever wish for. He communication is excellent with regular updates provided and no chasing necessary! She explains things in simple terms and presents information in a very clear and concise way. During our recent house purchase, Leasa went over and above during a tricky issue we had with our lender. Winston Solicitors also use a clever tracking system that tells you where you are in the process at any given time. I would not hesitate (and have already!!) to recommend Leasa to any of my friends, family or business colleagues. She certainly makes house buying, a lot less stressful!!”
