“My second time using Winston solicitors and all I can say is that they are just so brilliant. Sidraa was my solicitor for my flat sale and the 3 words I will use to summaries her are - Outstanding, Extraordinary and Phenomenal. The process was so challenging as I was involved in a chain but with a solicitor like Sidraa who made sure everything went well with her updating me throughout every step of the way, this made the challenges bearable. “Sidraa was recommended to me . She dealt with all my enquiries promptly and kept me informed about what was happening . I would recommend her and Winston’s in the future . Buying a house is stressful but I felt this process was eased by somebody who clearly had the level of expertise to know exactly what she was doing”

“I used Winston solicitors to sell and buy my new home and I can honestly say it was an extremely easy, pleasant experience. “Not your average solicitors :) Samantha our conveyancer was very friendly and responsive from start to finish. “Leasa Foster of Winstons was efficient and very thorough in her scrutiny of the lease and patient with me when I was slow in understanding how to transfer large sums of money. My ony criticism is that she did not consult me before telling the other side she would advise me to withdraw if they did not do a Deed of Variation. I felt this made me vulnerable because I was a tenant in that flat and could have been evicted in three months. But otherwise, excellent work.”

“I recently used Winston Solicitors for the sale of my house. They maintained regular communication throughout, and the quoted cost was maintained, with no hidden extras. I was very happy with the service, and they have a great relationship with Cornerstone, whom I sold my house with, so everyone was always in the loop. I would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to use this local business again. Incidently I used an online cost comparison website initially, and contacted 2 companies that were at the top for the cheapest price.... Im still waiting for them to get back to me months later! So a cheaper national company is not always better, Ill always go local from now, it was also very convenient for me to be able to drive to the office in Leeds, and drop off important paperwork.”

“I have always been very impressed with the service provided by Winston Solicitors. They have helped with Wills, probate, land registry and power of attorney over the last few years. Monika and her team have acted in a professional and friendly manner and I have found them approachable and very efficient. “Selma provided an excellent service to my Mum to set up her Will.She met up with my Mum, listened to what she wanted to achieve and gathered all the information she needed to advise her.She was very polite, professional and friendly. She took my Mum through various options, listening carefully to her concerns and explaining in straightforward language to help my Mum understand each option.She then followed up quickly to get the Will prepared and finalised. We highly recommend Selma and her team.”
