“We have been clients of Winston Solicitors since 2022 when we bought our house in Leeds. At that time, Leasa Foster and Julie Smith handled the transaction and provided an excellent service. So it was natural that we should turn to Winstons again when we decided to update our wills and arrange lasting powers of attorney. We were not disappointed. Emily Spencer and her colleagues proved to be helpful and efficient, explaining the options clearly and guiding us through the sometimes complex LPA procedures. We are happy to recommend the services that Winston Solicitors provide.”

“The criminal injuries claim was an additional hassle i didn't want and Heidi took care of it no problem at all. Heidi hits the sweet spot inbetween nice and professional even when on annual leave, her emails were covered quickly by staff. I am in Scotland, I found this firm on google and the border wasn't a problem, just incase that helps anyone reading. Intial contact by phone, then email.”

“I was looked after in my divorce (first one in my seventies ) by Partner , Teresa Davidson and her collegue Emily Bell and received first class and understanding service . If I missed them when calling they always rang back very quickly which. I feel. is very important . The advice they gave wsas very good and a very reasonable settlement was achieved . I would strongly recommend them for anyone finding themselves in the very stressful position of divorce proceedings.”

“Having used Leasa twice to date, we found her to be very professional. For example, quick to respondto queries and emails. Also, she kept us updated on the progress of the sale/purchase. Although experienced buyers and sellers, most recently, selling our empty property has been very challenging. The buyer's manifest behaviour was self-centred, disorganised and indecisive. Despite this however, Leasa doggedly pushed our sale over the line to completion. (We finally sold) We highly recommend Leasa and by association, Winston Solicitors, for any house purchase/sale, or indeed, a combination of both.”
