“Leasa Is Fantastic! We went through a really difficult and gruelling house purchase and sale. Leasa was absolutely amazing in moving things forward for us. She would respond very quickly and let us know of developments as they happened. I would recommend her 100%. My one bit of feedback on how things could be slightly improved is that I know my buyer and I both had documents sent out with our names and addresses misspelled which then had to be re-issued. It wasn't Leasa who was sending out the documents I hasten to add! And everything else was absolutely great!”

“We used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing to buy our first ever house. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a house in the UK especially if you are not a UK citizen or have any gift money that you are using towards your deposit. Laura and Amanda kept us informed in a timely and regular manner every step of the way, and responded to communication within 24hrs. They also employ use of an app which shows you at what stage in the process you are and what has been completed/is upcoming. We are very happy with their services and very grateful to them for their assistance every step of the way!”
