“Monika dealt with a Will Trust for us and was very helpful. She gave a lot of advice to start with, and then throughout the process was efficient at chasing things up, very responsive to queries (and there were a lot!), dealt with other solicitors on our behalf and we felt at all times that we were in very safe hands.”

“As first time buyers we were very anxious about the whole process. We’d heard lots of stressful stories about the process and was anxious on what to expect but for our experience this couldn’t be more wrong. Whilst we had a pretty complex purchase due to issues with the property, Sidraa was great. She was all over everything and so knowledgeable. We had a tight deadline to when our mortgage offer ran out and Sidraa made it all happen. When there was some challenges with the house and I was stressed Sidraa was empathetic and guided us through what was needed on the phone, this was reassuring and helpful. We couldn’t be more grateful & definitely recommend her service!”

“Fantastic communication and professional service! Abby who looked after the transfer was super informative and responsive whenever I had a question. She kept me updated with the progress and clearly explained anything that was expected from me. I'm based in London but that did not cause any delays and issues in the process. I would 100% recommend Winston Solicitors!”

“I recently used the services of Winston's Solicitors and my experience was average. While I found the lawyer to be knowledgeable and competent in their field, I did not feel that they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Communication was sometimes slow and I felt that I had to follow up frequently to get updates on my case. Additionally, the fees charged by the company were reasonable, but not necessarily competitive compared to other lawyers I have worked with in the past. Overall, I would recommend Winston solicitors for their expertise in their field, but would not necessarily rave about their level of service.”

“Samantha, Joe and the wider team at Winston have done an excellent job assisting us with the purchase of our house. They were always super quick to answer our questions by phone or email and built a good direct relationship. Much better experience than previous dealings with some large solicitors where there is no personal touch or long delays to queries. We were slightly worried about using a solicitor located further from us (we are in Surrey and they are based in Leeds) but with everything being online/phone/email this wasn't an issue at all. Their web portal isn't as fancy as some, but still gave us a good at a glance view of the progress of our purchase and all the steps involved which was all we needed. The team also gave us regular updates via email / phone on the progress. Winston will definitely be our goto solicitor next time and we would happily recommend to friends and family.”
