“Service was very good. Sidraa always kept us informed. She was very proactive - we didn't have to chase for updates. Sidraa was usually available when I phoned with any queries and was friendly and helpful. All the staff were helpful whenever we called eg with documents to sign. “I am a first time buyer and really didn’t know much about how the whole buying process works. I’d heard from many people that solicitors are usually a bit of a nightmare. However Laura and Amanda were amazing throughout the whole process. Whenever I had questions they were answered swiftly and coherently I never left a call without a full understanding of what was happening. The whole process was incredibly smooth and I know they both worked incredibly hard to ensure this. Can’t recommend Winston solicitors enough I am very happy 😆”
