“I made my first phone call in september 2019. I spoke to Heidi Stewart and she was very pleasant. I had to briefly go into some details of my reasoning for my phone call. She made me feel very at ease. From then correspondence from her was spot on. If I needed to speak to her, Heidi was very helpful. My compensation money came through march 2020 and I received a phone call from Mr Winston. He was so lovely to talk to and wished me all the luck and fun spending it. I couldn't have been more grateful. Thankyou to everyone involved in my compensation case. Means the world to me 😀”
