“Could not be happier with the service we’ve received from Winston Solicitors. As nervous first time buyers, Laura and Amanda helped us with every step. They answered queries promptly and gave advice when requested. “My no win no fee experience with Amanda Evans has been very professional but also with great empathy and patience with my few ‘rants’ of my impatience at the final settlement taking 2.5 years due to the other sides ‘gaming’ tactics. I would highly reccomend Amanda”

“We engaged Winstons Soliciors for our conveyancing needs in relation to our sale of a leasehold property and purchase of a listed property within a conservation area. There were complications with the purchase in relation to some outstanding planning permissions. “Leasa and her team went above and beyond to conduct the conveyancing for a sale and a purchase within our time frames. Both were properties in London and they had their fiddly aspects! Leasa and colleagues kept us updated, explained things clearly, acted flexibly, and were a delight to deal with. We found the fees reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Winston to family and friends.”

“We are very happy with the service received from Winstons. We had Leasa as our conveyancing solicitor and the process was flawless. As first time buyers unfamiliar with the home buying process we cannot recommend Winstons enough, everything was carefully explained to us, we never had to chase once, they were very "on it". Every member of staff we had contact with was very friendly and helpful, always picked up the phone and returned communications quickly. Our first attempt at a purchase fell through and we did not think twice to appoint Leasa again for our next (successful) purchase attempt. They provide an online portal which tracks and explains each step of the process which was also very helpful. 10/10”
