“My wife actually ordered the wrong thing. When it arrived it was damaged, I contacted you direct, in Bury, and the service I got was fast Friendly and professional. Might want to invest in your own, regionalised delivery men though! Just a thought, the courier was rubbish!”

Good Afternoon Louise, Thank you for the brilliant feedback, we are so glad that you are pleased with our service, we do use multiple delivery partners and at most times we hold them to high regard, however we understand damage in transit and delayed deliveries do occur and are always looking at ways to reduce instances such as these!

“Quick and speedy service. I was disappointed by delivery. Royal Mail apply the same charges for deliveries throughout the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) However, I was charged £9.99 for express delivery to Northern Ireland rather than their standard £4.99 Great Britain express delivery fee. I assumed the package would be sent by another courier, but it arrived via Royal Mail. Order ID: 47009”

Good Afternoon Keith, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our delivery partners, we use a tracked and signed for service for all our overseas and offshore deliveries hence the further charge, we have however amended this slightly as we wanted to offer a customers a more realistic rate, if you want to take a look at what it would have cost you to have the express delivery now and email it over we will happily reimburse the difference!
