“I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding my item I need to return. I emailed 10 days ago and it took 4 days for you to reply, then I completed the returns form online last Friday and have still heard nothing from you. I emailed on Monday to chase it up and am still awaiting a reply. Please advise.”
