“Hi, Can you please let me know how to exchange the order referenced, received 23/06 (invoice attached). Reasoning: 1. Order is incorrect #1: I ordered a Passenger side wing mirror unit. I have received the Driver side wing mirror unit. Please see invoice. 2. Order is incorrect #2: I ordered a Driver side wing mirror cover. I have received a Passenger side wing mirror cover. Please see invoice! 3. The wing mirror unit is damaged - pictures attached. Other comments for your sales team to consider: - Internal packaging of the products was in an incredibly poor condition with the packaging broken - picture attached. On second attempt - you sent a primed cover (grey) to the wing mirror unit........”

“Excellent quality mirror just like the original part fitted and working in half an hour. I could even swap the painted mirror cover from the old mirror so now looks like new. Service and delivery were faultless from the Wing Mirror Man would definitely recommend them.”

“Wasn`t impressed. Ordered a driving side door mirror for 2001 Ford Fiesta Flight which we have had from new. Whilst the mirrow would fit it was 17mm wider than the original equipment mirror and looks at odds with the passenger side mirror.”

“I cannot give any star cose I didn't t receive any product yet. I paid £25 for a glass wing mirror in 24.06 and nothing so far. I checked my post twice a day and in vain. In the meantime my car fail the Mot. I m not impressed at all just disappointed.”
