“The quality of the mirror unit is excellent and it fitted the Peugeot 200cc exactly even the plug and electrical connection was right. I was disappointed to be charged VAT when Jersey where I live is Zero tax rated. Other companies remove it, why don't you? Otherwise delighted.”

Good Morning A L Harris, Thank you for the brilliant feedback, unfortunately we must charge VAT for all exported products, we are only able to remove the VAT if you are a VAT registered individual or business, without being VAT registered we are unable to remove VAT.

“Nothing at all. Purchased and paid for on the 8th May. The wrong item was sent. I rang within 10 minutes of receiving it. I returned it as soon as I was emailed a returns label. Its now the 24th May and I still haven't been sent the correct item, nor have I had a refund. Its in the hands of my credit card people.”
