The customer service person answered very quickly, understood my issue, and dealt with it, he was doing his job in the correct manner.

Good Morning Sarah, We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with products that have been received. I have reviewed the communication on the order and can see that there are key points that have not been included in the feedback you have provided. You did confirm to us that the items had been fitted to the vehicle for over 3 months without any issues which affected the use of the items, you confirmed that the products were fitted by an individual who was not qualified to complete the job and in this process further damage to the vehicle was caused. This damage which was caused by an individual who did not have the necessary experience or tooling to complete fitment correctly then forced you to visit a MINI garage which advised you the items were not suitable. Prior to this, you were completely satisfied with the products and had not informed us of any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return of any items which have been fitted to the vehicle and have been in use for a considerable amount of time. It would be extremely difficult to process a warranty claim with the advice that the customer has used the items for a long amount of time. We are sorry that we could not have been of more assistance on this occasion.

Nothing, Very slow with refunds, Complied With the returns policy to the letter and it has been 12 days since the company received the parcel. NO REFUND RECiEVED YET

Exact match. Driver door mirror for my wife's Nissan Note. Saved loads by not buying through a main dealer. Delivery time good. I had it fitted within 20 minutes. Not bad for a novice! Will use again if needed.

Good Morning Nick, We are sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with a product that has been received. I can see here that you informed us that your product did not arrive in the finish that was expected, however you took your own initiative and rectified this. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable or responsible for any third party costs which we were not aware of prior to them taking place. This is standard procedure throughout the UK. If we had been notified prior to you making alternative arrangements, a complete resolution would have been offered to you.

I needed a wing mirror for my Citeron Grand Picasso I was quoted over £200 by a citeron dealer £100+ by various breakers, got my brand new boxed mirror for less than £70 delivered in less than 3 days using standard royal mail delivery.what more could you wantValue &service I would recommend Wing Mirror Man to anyone

nothing as when ordered over the phone was told headlights in stock , after i paid the full amount i received an emails saying one was not in stock and i would not receive until September !!!!!!!!!!! , and i would not receive refund for upto 10 days to 30 days ? In the end i received one headlight and did receive refund within 10 days in the end all good for one headllight just annoying at the beginning
