Good Morning Catherine, We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged item. We use several delivery partners in order to supply our goods to our customers and on this occasion they did not get it right! Please accept our apologies for this, we hope that you are now in receipt of a replacement item.

“Nothing, made a purchase online, they debited our account, before telling us they but did not have any stock in, sent us an email and we are still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Shocking Service. Trading Standards will involved if nessarsary”

“Quick and efficient and very helpful staff. well packaged item with quick delivery and the icing on the cake was the fact that the item was brand new and well boxed. I was expecting a used item due to the low price quoted. Thank You.”
