Extremely sorry for the trouble. Sadly the procedures sometimes may take some time - We do our best to resolve it asap every time !

“appalling customer service, Been trying to return incorrect product for over a week now after submitting a return form. They say they should bet back in 24 hrs, nothing received. Used their chat service last week and they said they would get back that afternoon, still nothing received. Next step is card provider.”
