“I placed an order because it had an expected delivery date of the 19th but it didn’t arrive until the 21st, which is after when I needed it for. I understand couriers can have unforeseen delays. But don’t put an estimated delivery date if you can’t meet it!”

For some reason, their customer service team was really helpful in guiding me through the process and after an hour or so of trying (for completely at PayPal‘s end) I managed to complete your order. the wine arrived a few days later, so very happy with my experience so far.”
