“Gentlemen was very helpful on the phone and although I ordered just at closing time the flowers were delivered as arranged the following day. They were a gift so I didn’t see them but the lady said they were lovely. Many thanks for a prompt and efficient service. Erica”

“At least 3 times a year, I order from Williamson’s from overseas. Great customer interface on their site allows picking the perfect flowers for the relevant occasion. ALWAYS delivered on time in perfect condition. Love this company and their product !”

“I was thrilled with the whole experience with the service from William's Florist. Right from the first conversation on the phone, I was made to feel that I was speaking to a friend who would carry out everything that I wished for. The recipient ,of the flowers , also thought that whoever delivered them was charming. The selection of flowers reached all my expectations. Thank you very much indeed.”

“Excellent, helpful service. I asked for a "remote" delivery to a local Ferry cemetery, a beautiful wreath was delivered, and we were provided with a picture of it in place. Many thanks to staff at Wiliiamson's for their help and the extra effort.”

“Wonderful service - the flowers were stunning, fresh and beautifully arranged. I’d put a note asking for a specific flower to be included if possible and it was, despite it being a next day order. The delivery was timely and the driver friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone.”

“I telephoned to order funeral flowers and found the service excellent. Louise who took my order was very helpful, giving me full details of the spray I had chosen. I received a confirmation of the order and a receipt straight away by email. Thank you.”

“I picked this company as you could order online. Turns out that the place I chose to collect from had been closed for 3 years which Customer support pointed out as if I was supposed to know this information. They then ensured me the flowers would come by midday, however they were late. I specifically asked for no lillies, and when the flowers came half of them were lillies. Very unprofessional and condescending customer support. Avoid at all costs!”
