“It is a pleasure to give a review of the service received from Williamson's. Firstly, the staff dealt with the order in a very professional, pleasant, patient manner. Secondly, the wreath itself was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were all very fresh and the blue and white was an excellent choice.”

“I was a bit disappointed when I saw the flowers I had ordered. For £50 all I got was a bunch of large daises. I thought that there would have at least been a few roses. I also requested a hand held bunch of flowers but they arrived in a small box. I was also under the impression that I was calling the St Johns Road shop for delivery to Carrick Knowe which is quite nearby. I now understand that the shop is closed and that the flowers were ordered from a West Lothian garden centre. Hence the high £9 delivery charge for what I thought was a local delivery. I was also told when I placed the order that I would get an email confirming delivery. This did not happen. All told I was disappointed with the flowers.”
