“When bying flowers you have to take into consideration how the person on the phone deals with you, how the flowers are delivered, what condition they are in and how long they last and if you think they are value for money. In my case all of the above were very good.”

“A member of staff talked me through what flowers were acceptable for a funeral, and that the flowers went straight to funeral parlour. It took a lot of pressure off as I had the funeral the next day,v and I did not think that I could buy and have a flower posy made up on a Sunday. The lady was very helpful and took time to listen to me. On seeing the flowers on the day of the funeral l was pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful display of bright flowers. Thank you Williamson's and I will definitely use your service again in the future. 👏👏👏”

“Very knowledgeable staff helped us pick a wreath for a family members funeral. Flowers were lovely and delivered on time. Only negative was the delivery cost for a short journey. Maybe have a variable charge depending on mileage.”

“Ordered these for my grandaughter she was absolutely delighted with them. I ordered them in the morning and they were delivered in the afternoon. Customer service is first class and prices to suit everyone. Not my first order and definitely not my last.”

“Pleased to say that I found the ordering of the funeral flowers both easy and a pleasant experience. My enquiry was handled professionally, staff who took order and later a further question could not have done more or been a greater help and I would like to say a big thank you for everything. “The flowers were gorgeous. The recipient loved them and I put a wee request in for them to be delivered early morning so kids could give them to the teacher and the managed to do it it was much appreciated”
