“I was looking for flowers for a friend who had received some sad news. I telephoned Williamson's and was assisted in my enquiry by a lovely female, sorry I've forgotten her name, who was extremely helpful and empathetic throughout. She too me through a variety of what was on offer and helped me pick an appropriate bouquet. The flowers were delivered as arranged and were gratefully received with the recipient absolutely delighted with the quality. I would thoroughly recommend this florist to everyone.”

“Booked online for same day delivery as advertised on website. Actually booked on the Sunday evening for Monday delivery. Flowers were not delivered as expected on the Monday. The whole idea of sending them was to welcome them on their first day at work. Doesn’t have the same impact the following day. Emailed to ask if the flowers were delivered and had no reply.”

“I live in Canada, therefore don't see the flowers Williamson's deliver to my parents grave. Others have told me they are beautiful. The company are extremely helpful particularly Tracy in the Broughty Ferry store. I think the staff there deserve the chocolates.”

“I ordered 2 wreaths for my Mother-in-law's funeral. I telephoned my order in and the call was handled in a very professional manner. The wreaths matched the photographs on the website of those that I selected. I will use Williamon's again in the future.”
