“Your service was very acceptable. I phoned on Friday to order a wreath and it was delivered on Monday as requested. It was earlier than expected which was great. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and efficient and the delivery driver waited in his vehicle until I waved to him and thanked. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you so much for continuing to work and serve the public during this lockdown period. It is very much appreciated.”
