“I would give the Broughty Ferry florist shop full marks. Ordering and paying from abroad went smoothly. The lily and iris teardrop spray was fresh and as expected. One negative point which applies more to admin and head office. Please do not send this kind of review request to customers before the day of the funeral. Several family members complained about this. It gives the feeling the company is insensitive to the reason the purchase was made. Kind regards Ramona Källström Uppsala/Sweden”

“Myself being a typical guy, leaving special occasions to the last minute. I placed my order online with next day being chosen, the flowers and chocolates were at my mother’s door as I had wished for. My Mother was delighted with the flowers and chocolates. I will certainly use again but will try to give a little more notice in future rather than paying the extra for next day delivery. Thank you, Alan”
