“A delight to deal with ( Pip especially)and very helpful and knowledgable when it comes to the right flowers for the occasion. A dependable company. On the odd occasion ( once!) when a problem arises they are quick to attend to and rectify. I tend to use only Williamsons now.”

“I phoned from Vancouver, British Columbia at 3am my time, 11am Dundee time! to deliver a bunch of flowers for a family of a recently deceased friend in Broughty Ferry. I was looked after by Angela and can only voice praise for her efficiency and understanding in carrying out a successful completion of this task. Thank you. I was brought up in Dundee and emigrated to Canada in 1957. sincerely Nigel Grant”

“Very pleased with the entire service I received. Very nice lady who answered my call and took my order at Glasgow. The flowers were from broughty ferry shop for my mums birthday. My mum said this was the nicest bouquet she had ever received. What more can I say. Happy mum and I’m delighted as she is such a wonderful mum. Thank you again for making her birthday so nice particularly during these times.”

“I contacted the company about a retirement package for a school teacher the lady whom I spoke to couldn't of been more helpful she was cheerful'polite'precise and also called me back within minutes to verify something I had pacificly for i would definitely recommend williamson's unfortunately I didn't see what I had purchased as it was delivered personally to the school but 10 out of 10 for service.”

“Although the delivery was speedy I was so disappointed with what I received for £58. The bouquet looked tiny and didn’t have any pale pink in it as requested, I expected much more for the money.”
