“Got the valentine's day gift box delivered for my partner and I have to say very disappointed with the quality and also lack of flowers in the box. I wasn't expecting them to look exactly like the picture on the website, however they weren't even close. I have ordered flowers a few times and always been satisfied with the quality however on this occasion all I can say is very disappointed. It will make me think twice about ordering again.”

“As usual an excellent service from Williamson’s. I mistakenly gave wrong door number for address - the driver was very patient about it. Lady in shop very helpful in solving problem, flowers were delivered. Friend receiving them said they were beautiful. Thank you.”
