“I live in the US and for the last 5 years, Williamson's has been delivering the most beautiful flower arrangements, along with bears, champagne, and balloons for my daughter's birthday. They are always on time and communicate with her to ensure the delivery won't be missed. I think I will send her something now, out of the blue.”

“I had requested a small spray to be delivered for a funeral. It cost me £35 plus £8 delivery a total of £43. I had no quibble about the delivery arrangements being met but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers. There were 5 yellow roses which didn’t strike me as particularly healthy plus a few limp stems of grass. I’m have given 2 stars only because I had no problem with the delivery instructions being followed but quality of flowers were unacceptable and bore little resemblance to the picture in your catalogue.”

“Really disappointed to be charged £8 delivery charge for flowers to be delivered literally around the corner from the florist. Also £40 was the cheapest option so £48 total price. Flowers were nice but wouldn’t buy again at that price.”

“Recipient was delighted with the bouquet I ordered from Broughty Ferry Shop. I was given the wrong number in the street by my colleague. The delivery driver Mark phoned to check and I started phoning around for the correct number. Mark in the interim had enquired around and came up trumps. This is great service other drivers would I`m sure have conceded. From the friendly Shop service to the delivery 100% all round.”
